These Terms govern your use of Daily Vocabulary, a free Android application for learning English vocabulary. By installing or using the App, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

The App, including all vocabulary content, example sentences, UI design, and associated assets, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
Daily Vocabulary is provided free of charge. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertisements. We reserve the right to introduce optional premium features in the future; any such changes will be clearly communicated.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
